If the self-service machine does not work properly, the funds for that transaction could be held in a “pending” status for seven (7) days. Then, it will be released back into your available balance. From the Account Summary screen, click on View Transactions (for the Cash account) to see the status of each transaction. If your funds do not return to your available balance after 7 days from your initial swipe, please email us
a refund request. Please include the location, date & time of the transaction(s) in question.
