Adding value to your Generals Bucks account is easy and can be in any dollar amount.* Make a one-time deposit by referring to our budget chart or set up an Auto Reload schedule for depositing funds to your account. If you wish to use financial aid to fund your General’s Bucks account, please complete the Generals Card Authorization Form.

Once registered, log in to add value or create an Auto Reload schedule.

Make check payable to ”Generals Cash Card” and include student name and ID# in memo line

For your convenience, you may print a deposit slip and mail with your check or money order.


To send a deposit using your online bill payment service, payment should be made to ‘Generals Cash Card’.  Your student’s ID number should be listed as the account number and use the PO Box address below as the remittance address.
